As a Team Lead, I ensure clear communication with clients and between teams, driving high-quality deliverables. I tackle technical challenges alongside my team, fostering collaboration and cross-breeding of ideas. By keeping the team motivated and encouraging continuous learning, we consistently meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

As the Lead of Coding Bootcamp my role was interviewing and shortlisting them from more than 150 applicants. I led a team of 30+ bootcampers twice, overseeing the creation of Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for their practice project tasks. I hosted daily standup meetings and conducted thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and provide guidance on improvements.

As a trainee, I actively expanded my skills through hands-on involvement in production projects. My responsibilities included working on diverse aspects such as web and mobile applications, as well as backend servers, including native monorepos. This experience allowed me to continuously learn and contribute effectively to the development process.

I embarked on a transformative Bootcamp cum Internship journey at TechloSet Solution, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies including MERN stack, React Native, Firebase, and Next.js. During this immersive experience, I successfully developed engaging web and mobile applications featuring interactive UIs, further honing my skills in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, my current learning journey involves exploring key concepts such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Database Management, Networks, and Operating Systems.

Enhanced my proficiency in Web App development and Mobile App development at SMIT, a dynamic training institute. Specialized in MERN stack development, incorporating Firebase, Redux Toolkit, and React Native into my skill set.

Got a chance to be enrolled in PIAIC, a distinguished institute initiated by our Ex President, Dr. Alvi. I dived into the intricacies of Cloud Computing, which included web development, and explored the fascinating realm of Blockchain development including Smart Contract Development using Solidity and Dapp Development.

As the Press Secretary for "The Computing Society" at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, I was instrumental in shaping our digital footprint and amplifying our presence. From crafting our distinctive logo to curating compelling social media content, I led the charge in establishing our online identity. Additionally, I oversaw a talented team of photographers and videographers, capturing the essence of our events and engaging our audience visually. I also orchestrated impactful print media campaigns for festivals, further bolstering our community's reach and engagement. My contributions not only elevated our society's visibility but also fostered a sense of belonging among our members, leaving a lasting impression on our university community.

During my time at Saltafa Nation, I volunteered for a year, serving as the Lead Graphic Designer. In this role, I revitalized our visual identity with captivating posts for news stories and redesigned our brand guidelines for a fresh look. I also onboarded new members, fostering a sense of community, and developed templates to streamline our workflow. My contributions helped enhance the organization's online presence and commitment to delivering unbiased news and diverse perspectives.
